Totally Rad!!

Saturday night, my good friend Jaime had her 30th Birthday party. It was an 80's themed party complete with Karaoke, totally Awesome outfits, and a ton of fun!!! Anyone who knows me knows that my favorite kind of music is 80's music! We had a great time. Jeremy didn't have much time to get his outfit together, but it turned out pretty good. I bought most of mine at Goodwill for $10. I won for best girl outfit and got a Rubiks cube (which I totally love)!! Thanks Jaime for having such a great party!! We all had a blast!!

The Girls! (we all had big hair at the beginning of the night, but because of the humidity we lost some of the height... How did we keep it up so high back then?... aerosol, I guess!)

Amelia is 8 Months old!

So my sweet baby is now 8 months old! I can't

believe how quickly time goes by! She

has brought so much joy to our lives in the past 8 months.

She is the most smiley and loving baby I have

ever known! I love her so much and I am so proud of her!

She is now officially sitting (a BIG accomplishment for

children with Down Syndrome)!! Yay!! She is doing

great with her fine motor skills and can pick up a cheerio.

She crunches them, but hasn't gotten used to swallowing

something with that much texture, so she spits

them out most of the time. She laughs all the time!

Mary is her biggest fan and cheers for her and hugs her (a lot!)

Mary's won't go anywhere without her and if we start out the door

or out of the car without her she screams, "no, my nana."

Amelia loves Mary more than anything... even her hugs!!

Mary was hugging and tickling her tonight and

Amelia was just smiling and laughing! I love watching them together!
